I need a service to get the item as it is less than a month old and at the workshop they tell me the chain is stretched, it has with me not working

The chain broke on parts and components

I really liked the chain, but it only broke after a few rides. Not the best network for moderate mountain biking. Would be nice for a bike next door but nothing special.

Pros
  • Sports and outdoor activities
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Poor shift quality - transmission components

I bought this for my GF bike. The color is great but the switch went to hell after installing it in the hand basket. I checked the derailleur hanger and chain alignment and it wasn't smooth enough. I compare this to a SRAM 1130-PG chain shifter. These are not expensive nets either!

Wears out fast! for parts and components

The chain initially looked nice and looked good. Also seemed to shift well and be quiet on my Shimano setup. But. I started noticing a creaking noise from the gearbox last week and figured it was probably my road bikes that need a little three threads every now and then so I lubed them and the chain. On my next ride, everything was quiet for a few miles and then the creaking started again. So when I got home I checked the chain with my chain tester and it was completely worn out. The .075 fellโ€ฆ

Looks good, shifts smoothly, may be too short for your bike

Color is almost perfect, looks like the photos in the advert, just a little faded, possibly due to grease. Looks fantastic in direct sunlight though. Lighter than KMC X11 but same price. I don't know about the longevity but I'll update my review if it doesn't last long. So far so good, shifting is as smooth as the KMC chain it replaced. There's a problem, and it could be a big one. It's very short. 116 links is enough for a regular road or BMX bike, but most MTB or gravel bikes have longโ€ฆ
