This set surprised me with its value for money. So far I've only used the kit to attach a soft brake lever, but it all went very smoothly. The syringe is a lot better quality than the cheap kit I have for DOT brake fluid and this kit was cheaper. Honestly I can't complain at this price.

This is a great kit to add to the parts I already have for bleeding the brakes. There are almost too many parts included and I've taken the ones I know I won't be using and keep them elsewhere. Good quality fittings and parts, on par with Shimano. I really like the collection bottle, it's the part I need the most. I wish the kit had a longer drain hose and that's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars.

The quality exceeds anything you would expect at this price point. Made bleeding my Tektro and Magura brakes MUCH easier than their respective (horrible) proprietary bleed kits. Threaded adapters for hose fittings are much better than fumbling with removing/installing barbed fittings. One star deducted because it only includes one threaded adapter and one barbed fitting for Magura - two threaded adapters for each brake type would be much better so you don't have to remove/reinstall hose burrs…

I got this kit to bleed my R575 road brakes. I was concerned that the threads on the plastic funnel (sold separately) wouldn't fit, but that's what I used. Actually, I didn't need any equipment. Oh, now I have her. I used a whole blood syringe and it was smooth! The entire process takes less than 5 minutes per wheel. After about 9,000 miles on the bike, the lever went soft. This kit exceeded all my expectations. It came with almost all the parts and tools needed to bleed the brakes quickly and smoothly. Rather than reading the owner's manual, I recommend watching a video on how to bleed your model's brakes. The parts are made of strong and durable plastic and I was surprised by the excellent quality of the syringe. The thread built into the bleed funnel fits all Shimano brakes that I have bled to date.
