I have a large skinny women's wallet that I love love love! When my son asked for a wallet for Christmas, of course I bought him one. Mine is red nylon, has a button closure, and a coin pocket, which this one doesn't have. This one is black leather so it's "cooler" and fits my fashion forward son. This is the second wallet we have bought. His other wasn't leather like this one. His first was the blue cloth and it had stretched a bit in the 8 years it had been in use but was still starting to fall apart. He tends to be tough on wallets. We've decided it's time for a new one. This leather wallet is smooth, slim and not bulky and my husband is very happy with it. It holds more than you think and still looks flimsy compared to other wallets it's had.

After 4 years of use the gum on the inside of the bill pockets started to wear out. Everything is starting to fall apart lately. I've been using the wallet every day for 4 years, so I think something will go wrong. I have taken good care of it and it is in good condition except for the lining. This is my second Big Skinny wallet and will almost certainly be my last.

After transferring the contents of my wallet to Big Skinny it was about 1/3 thicker. It's a little longer than the old wallet, but getting in and out of my jean pocket is a lot easier. There aren't as many card slots as in my old wallet, but they seem roomier so doubling cards isn't too bad. It appears to be well made but only time will tell how well it will hold up.

I really like this wallet. Now that it's full it's no more than 2/3 the thickness of my old wallet - the nylon lining really makes a big difference. This wallet is large enough to hold my hodgepodge of medical records, credit cards, membership/loyalty cards, and licenses. I have about 15 credit card sized plastic cards and about 8 paper/plastic cards that are very flimsy (how does it get to the point where I feel like I have to carry all of that with me?).
