I have a large skinny women's wallet that I love love love! When my son asked for a wallet for Christmas, of course I bought him one. Mine is red nylon, has a button closure, and a coin pocket, which this one doesn't have. This one is black leather so it's "cooler" and fits my fashion forward son. However, the lack of a change pocket is a bit of a shame. A leather wallet is slightly thicker than a nylon wallet, but still much more compact than a regular leather wallet. This is because the inside is made of thin but strong nylon. Basically the best of both worlds. My nylon has lasted a few years with no problems. I think and hope that this leather is just as durable.
