Great! They are as sharp as my Gingher tailor's scissors and are less than half the retail price. The only thing I would change would be to add a sheath as they are so sharp and I have a small one running around but I can sew anything up pretty quickly. Would love to find more sewing supplies in this design!

Because they are not preloaded and are made of metal, they may not be suitable for those with range of motion/carpal tunnel/arthritis/overuse syndrome issues. an offset thumb and a rubberized grip if that's the case! But for the average Joe, it will do!

Very sharp points and easy to cut. Not recommended for children. I think I am, but I like to have a good pair of scissors in my hands when I crochet, they add elegance to my work even when I'm just cutting a thread. A hard carrying case or case to snap the blades in would be nice so your hand or fingers don't get in the way when you reach for them. I put my work in a big bag and it goes down the drain.

Yes, I use it too! I just like to have several types of scissors for different purposes. Makes them sharp and usable. I have original Weiss scissors that my mother gave me for my 60th birthday. back when I passed her rigorous sewing test! She was an advocate of never using fabric scissors for anything other than fabric. I have small Stork craft scissors, 6 types and lengths of fabric scissors, regular household scissors, hair clippers and more - crazy right?

I was so excited when I first saw them Times received! I've been looking for a quality sewing scissors that doubles as wire cutters for a while.
