They are quite difficult to hold because of the small protrusion inserted into the holes where you put your fingers. they are impractical when used for more than a brief moment. As a collage artist who needs to use his scissors for a long time, they were a poor fit - more of a nice novelty than something useful. If you're just cutting threads it'll probably be fine, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My rating is not based on the quality of the scissors but on the convenience of using them. The scissors are beautiful and very sharp. I bought them for machine embroidery but found my fingers uncomfortable to hold. I have a feeling it's probably the arthritis and not the scissors. I would buy from this seller again even though I can't use scissors. The purchase was great except for the comfort issue.

Excellent quality metal, well made and durable, they are very sharp (so keep out of the reach of children) not to mention they are great! (I think the company should hire me as a representative or at least send me a dozen free scissors 😁😂) Humor aside, I just love them and use them for lots of crafts and projects.
