I have a folding e-bike and they fit me. They are very large and waterproof. I think they look great on my bike! There may be better ones, but they're really expensive.

Bought them once a week, 30 miles round trip to work to bring a clean shirt and lunch, ended up using them for lots of other things. Good quality, rubber impregnated tarpaulin material, I haven't used them for heavier loads but they seem quite heavy, I've definitely had worse bags for a lot more money.
