The weight of the pen was less than 500g, it was around 465g. I called the manufacturer and they said that a slight difference in weight is normal. The grip feels good and the etching is fine. Good for little hands. I only want 500g.

I love the feel of the weighted shift knob and this one looks great too. If you don't already have the shifter socket and shifter stop for your Subaru 6-Spd I would buy those first and then get the weighted knob.

The stock shift knob was great on my 2021 STI, but a bit snappy in my opinion. The weight of this button made shifting easy and the aesthetics a bonus. The price is a bit high for a shift knob, but it's a must for smoother driving.

This pen exceeds all my expectations. It fits perfectly on my Kartboy Short Shifter on a 14 STI hatch. Works great with backstop. It has a nice smooth texture that feels great in the hand. The size and weight are spot on and it greatly improved my shifting experience.
