🚚 Ford Light Truck Shock Absorber - Bilstein 33028187, Enhancing Performance and Durability! Review

I love the new ride on these Bilsteins and am really impressed with the ride quality with the RV loaded and the truck empty

The delivery man kicked it on my door and placed it on my garden bin smashing my veggies. I have an entire porch where they could install it. The box was half open. Insufficient packing. Inside, the shocks weren't even locked inside the food boxes. You're right, they look good considering how they got to my door.

One 'problem' with the 7.3 liter diesel F250, so to speak, is that they last longer on their components. The engine keeps turning, but shock absorbers, struts, anti-roll bars and bearings wear out. I put a Rough Country dual anti-roll bar and these new shocks on my truck, and even though my tires are jagged through all the impact, my old shocks have exposed them and I still have a smooth ride.

Absolutely amazing. I have a 2004 6.0 F250 FX4 and added this front shock along with a Bilstein 24-185981 4600 series rear shock. My truck had stock ranchos that were worn out so probably every bump would have made a big difference, but those shocks are awesome. Note that the front shock absorbers (Bilstein 33028187) must be installed upside down. I bought new tires and the store gave me shock absorbers. The bushings on the shocks would only fit upside down, and the front shocks would not turn…
