Works with BMW Satellite Dish

Works well with BMW E82 (note the components are the same as the E90 so it should work with them). This allowed me to use the original BMW OEM XM antenna with the aftermarket radio. I am very happy.

Pros
  • Everything OK!
Cons
  • Contact seller

Does its job, no problems.

I used this as part of a radio replacement in a 16 year old Ford Fusion. This connected the factory Sirius XM antenna to a new XM tuner for the new head unit. Works perfectly. Using a factory antenna makes installation cleaner and easier.

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • So far so good

Wired connection works

I installed a brand new Alpine iLx W-560 radio on my 2011 Nissan Rogue SL. The radio was not connected to Sirius XM. I bought this little cable along with my lathe. My satellite channels have arrived and I am happy with the camper.

Pros
  • Works great for me
Cons
  • I'll write back later

No connection to 2017 Subaru Outback satellite radio antenna cable.

Well made and good length. Fits the SiriusXM antenna connector but not the satellite dish cable on my Subaru. Subaru changes its connectors every few years, making it difficult for aftermarket devices to adapt to their vehicles.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Works as intended. Best car electronics accessories

I bought this antenna adapter because I upgraded the factory radio in my FORd Fusion. Since the car's satellite dish is built into the AM/FM antenna, I didn't want to add a separate antenna for the Sirius/XM tuner that I was adding. I googled what antenna adapter I need and found this one. Installs well and easily and works great. c, then you need this adapter so you don't have to mess around with another antenna.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • I will add later

Great for 2006 GMC Yukon with stock XM

Used to adapt the stock XM shark fin antenna to my aftermarket stereo. 2006 GMC Yukon, Sony XAV-1000 and SXV-300 XM tuners. Just had to unplug the yellow connector from the factory tuner above/behind/right of the glove box and then from one side of it. The other end of the cable then goes to an aftermarket tuner that I tie to the post behind the glove box. It has a cord that I put through a slot to get into the back of an aftermarket stereo. The only downside is that the housing of my antenna…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Negative gift

Replacing the factory interference sensitive antenna with a new antenna

I've had problems with interference and random dropouts on the Sirius XM for a while. The problem was gradually exacerbated by the inability to receive satellite radio in new locations. Since the receiver/antenna was not changed, this must have been due to the environment. Upon investigating the issue, I found that older factory Sirius XM antennas are susceptible to interference from cell phone (T-Mobile) systems. To solve this problem I bought a new third-party antenna but found it wouldn't…

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Almost never
