You get what you pay for.

Broken on installation, it was very difficult to get into the radio for my reception test and when removing it didn't come out, the cable almost fell out of the end. I will buy another.

Pros
  • Hands free kit
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Good antennas, suitable for accessories and consumables

Great replacement antenna, works better than the original in my 93 c4. Duct tape could be better. I installed it because the noise of the power antennas annoyed me every time the radio was switched on and off.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small house
Cons
  • Good but not great

It works!: Antennas

I got this antenna not knowing if I could keep the factory antenna in my Mercedes after installing an Android head unit. I tested it while waiting for the right antenna adapter and all I can say is that it works no different than the factory antenna that is in the rear window and will add a few hundred bucks to the price if it ever slows down. I ended up using the factory, but only because I can.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes

If you like throwing money down the drain this is for you

Before I start I have to say I live in a valley so reception is poor from the start but this antenna just loses reception by throwing this shade, my broken antenna worked 10x better than this one, it doesn't pick up as many stations as the broken one, I think a coat hanger will do the job better. I lost 40 minutes installing this and now I have to do it all over again. I do not recommend this.

Get a good signal for audio and video accessories

I have an old car radio that I pulled from a Toyota my wife once owned. I wanted to make something out of it to play music on my workbench in the basement. I also listen to the radio a lot and this caused an obvious problem in the basement. This antenna is amazingly long, easy to install and totally effective. Whether it's a car or another project like mine, it's definitely worth a try. I have my doubts and was actually very impressed.

Great update that works well!

I bought this antenna for my 2019 CF Moto Uforce. I installed a Boss radio and it came with a basic antenna cable that had little to no reception. The reception difference with this antenna is day and night. I chose this antenna because I figured it would be easy to find a spot on my UTV to mount it without drilling holes. I tested reception by placing it in a few different spots and ended up having the best reception on the driver's side front. The adhesive on the back is strong and the color…

The connector is a little flimsy but works

So I'm giving 5 stars knowing I have a lot of experience in electronics, car entertainment and wireless communications. The "plug" that fits into the back of most aftermarket car stereos is a standard "Motorola plug" (DIN 41585). The type used at the end of this antenna is the solderless type. The idea is that you remove the protective cover from the center blade and then roll back the mesh cover and the blade rises to the center post while the mesh cover rolls back and smashes the teeth into…

Worked great! Easily hidden. Couldn't get any better for $

So I had to take the time to write a quick review after installing this antenna in a customer's golf cart today. I'm very tired of buying this product after reading a bunch of bad reviews about the crappy signal and the connector that falls off out of the box. None of this happened to me, in fact I am delighted with this product for the price (and the buyer is very satisfied)! It didn't look cheap at all (I checked ALL the connections 3 times), let's see how the adhesive strip holds up (I'm…
