Exactly what I needed from antennas

Had to be replaced for my car and I really didn't want a magnetic mount so my next option was a lip mount and it holds my 6m antenna very well.

Pros
  • Feature: Fixed lip mount;
Cons
  • Low maintainability

Good alternative in the audio & video accessories category

This item was purchased because the magnetic mounts on aluminum trucks do not work. This worked fine for me. Sturdy and safe for my antenna. Where my magnetic mount antenna can sometimes be blown away by the wind makes me feel safer.

Pros
  • Cable connector: UHF PL259 connector;
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Nice little mount. Fits AV accessories

I have two of these on the hood of my truck, Ham and GMRS. I get good range with both radios and the mounts seem to be holding up pretty well. I can twist the mount back and forth when I squeeze them, but they stay in place on the freeway at 75 mph. Good mount for your money.

Pros
  • Radio antennas
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Fits. Is working. Did. for accessories and consumables

I bought one of these in addition to another bracket model I already had on the Sonata trunk but when it arrived I found it a little different. Better for me, it turns out. The other has the ability to tilt when mounted on uneven surfaces, but I've never been able to tighten the screws enough to keep it from twisting a bit after opening the trunklid. This one doesn't adapt. It just works. Bought another one to replace the first purchase. Now I have two antennas securely attached to the trunk…

Pros
  • Antennas
Cons
  • Expensive

Poor NMO lip mount - buy something else or plan on modifying it.

I recently bought two different types of NMO lip mounts from the same seller it turns out. The first Bingfu has an adjustable head and a thin piece of aluminum that the 4 mounting screws work really well with and the bracket is made of stronger metal. This particular Bingu lip mount has only 2 screws, no aluminum strip, and even if you pull it all the way down, the U-shaped metal will flex after just a few miles. I was going to return it but found a way to make a panel under the lip of my hood…

Pros
  • AV Accessories
Cons
  • unreliable
