As others have said, the hood is too big. I solved it by folding it over with a few stitches and now it's perfect. I also folded the front of the skirt and made a few stitches because my cairn has short legs. Good material, easy to put on and take off. I love it and it's beautiful on my girlfriend!

Our dog HATES rain so we bought this coat so she can go outside and use the bathroom when it rains. It's perfect except the hood completely covers her face. Fold it back in so she can see where she's going. The only thing that would be better if the hood was more adjustable.
