💡 UL Listed Bioluz LED Dimmable Downlight Review

So far so good. They were installed about a week ago. They were easy to install and only took a few minutes. These lights are VERY bright and the color is beautiful, not like daylight.

just worked as advertised. Fits perfectly in the ceiling, dimming works well, instant light on is great, no delay between turning on and light on. The light angle is decent and covers the area.

This is about the 10th Bioluz lamp I have bought and it is excellent. Brighter and nicer warm tone than the G7 LED BR20 (see attached photo, Bioluz on the left). G7 were too yellow for me. The retrofit kit fitted my 4" sockets perfectly and was as easy to fit as screwing in a regular bulb. I also bought some Bioluz BR40 bulbs and they are excellent too.

Just installed the 4" modification and ordered the size 5-6". These 4-inch modifications look modern, have warm colors and are much brighter than overlays. I have replaced the LED bulbs I bought a few years ago - they are much better. Hang them above the breakfast bar in your kitchen under the 10ft ceiling and now we can see! JA8 CEC 8 pack) On Friday I bought two out of 8 packs of Bioluz 4" 12W dimmable LED downlights. Yesterday they arrived neatly packaged without no unnecessary packaging waste. I decided to test each of the recessed lights to make sure they were intact and working properly. All the spotlights were tested. I've installed them in our bathrooms and in our hallway. They give off a lot of light so take that into account in your application. The case is well made and feels very sturdy. Easy installation. My application was for safety lights outside and they work great. I was happy with the color too, I bought other "2700k" LEDs and they are much whiter than an incandescent bulb. They give off a warm light, although they are bright, but not glaring or dazzling. All hardware worked perfectly. Would definitely buy again.

Fits Bioluz 2700K 4" 15W LED Diffusion 90 degree (listed). I have placed a 4" Torchstar 15W 2700K next to this one for direct comparison. Torchstar is listed as a 130 degree diffuser. I placed them side by side about 3 feet apart on a wall. I can say without a doubt these bulbs are identical. Same color, same brightness, same dimmer, same dispersion pattern, same clips, same Edison adapter, same plug, everything. So this rating goes for both. Why 5 stars? Because these things are bright!
