Don't use a water purifier

Water additive had conflicting instructions. There were two different amounts on the bottle and box. I followed the directions on the bottle (which said to put in more than the box said) and the next day both of my heart shaped catfish had blisters and died.

Should have heeded the warnings in other reviews

The filter and packages were fine so I gave 3 stars but I should have listened to other customers who said that the optimizer killed their fish. RIP for Arby G and Cirque

Good kit for my biOrb

This kit contains three complete filter kits with activated carbon and media for use in my aquarium. It also comes with a water optimizer to keep it clean. I use sets, some common, some not, and they're always good.

The water optimizer has expired! Killed my fish :-(

CHECK EXPIRY DATE! I ordered two sets in November 2018. Finally got the opportunity to use it in my aquariums. Unfortunately I didn't see the water optimizer expired is March 2017 before I added it to my tanks I came home with dead fish finally I looked at the bottle and saw the expiry date on both bottles was March 2017 kids cry when they see the dead fish.

Poorly packaged: Fish & Aquatic Animals

Unfortunately I have received products with filter media everywhere. They came in 3 small packages containing a media filter, a filter and a container for the other two. They were covered with plastic wrap but the filter was all over the small package. Every time I need to change the filter I have to take the media one at a time and place them where they should be. The water optimizer bottle does not work well. When shaken, the pump flows. The liquid doesn't seem to work as it doesn't purify…
