OK It just doesn't work. If you're using a Windows 10 PC (which most of the free world do). It doesn't show up when you plug it in. man you don't understand I did everything they told me and it still didn't work. There is no way to verify if the files were on the drive after it was unmounted. Tried on different new computers. The same thing. Just don't buy. There's a reason it's a lot cheaper than many others. Obsolete useless product. To return.

Worst thing I've brought from Revain. I was so busy I didn't have time to write a review. I only used the hard drive once and it stopped working. As an educator, it is important to keep everything in order. I lost my PowerPoint lecture, quiz, etc.

So far so good! I had 320GB and use it to store documents, JPEG files and RAW photos. It comes with an adapter so I can connect it to any computer with USB. It also comes with a thin, soft case, looks very cheap (even has a dent that won't go away), and takes a little time to install on an external hard drive. Chances are I've had a bad block in a thousand, but this one is real junk. I can't get too worked up about it since it's less than $20, but I still feel like it's worth reminding you that you get what you pay for. I'm only giving it 2 stars because it seems like a solid product. Taking away 3 stars for the simple reason that I bought this because it was a fat 32 because I wanted a fat 32 and not a fat ex. I was able to format it to NTFS so my Raspberry Pi could read the files, but that's about it. All the advice on the Internet to format in Fat32 did not lead to anything. Overall a good product when presented as is.

This is the first external hard drive I have so I don't have one to compare but so far it's easy to use and does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's unbeatable for the price and stylish too.

However the carrying case broke the first time I tried to use it. This is basically a joke. If you need a case like me; You will want/need to spend more for it. So if the enclosure is important to you, look for another drive or be prepared to buy one separately.

I use it to back up photos, music, etc. Works without problems with Windows 2007. Plug and play without programming. I am also satisfied with the transmission speed. Great for my needs.
