Belt for good money on belt

belt for good money. I carried 8 $100 bills with no problem. Might wear more if I had more :) No one would have guessed it was a money belt by looking at it while wearing it. I bought it for a trip to Panama. The M 38 was too long for my 32" waist (which I expected) so I attached Velcro to the end of the belt to hold the end and keep it from flapping. I probably just had to trim the end to length. I wish I had taken smaller bills because we were in small towns and remote villages and it was…

Big belt. - Accessory

I used this strap to store emergency money during our 7 week trip to Central America. It worked like a charm. I only had about $300 in it, but I bet you could put a few thousand dollars in it if you wanted to. The belt looks great and feels very durable. I have read reviews of all money belts and this one was by far the best. The buckle is strong and the belt fits well even when stuffed with money. The only thing that bothered me was that there was a ridge next to the buckle that rests against…

🌟🌟🌟 Great belt! Bison belts are the best! πŸ‘

Love bison belt! I have several of these and bought this one because I like the one piece buckle which is attractive and secure without slipping. The zippered money belt is a lot longer than I expected (29+ inches) but that's ok - I can just fit more items inside! And this belt is comfortable - I don't notice anything unusual in the comfort due to the section of the belt money.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Damaged

Ends and edges seem to be quite resistant to abrasion

Very well made. The ends and edges appear to be largely protected from abrasion. The zip pocket is slightly "bulged" which offers additional space for bills etc. Oddly enough, given the wide strap, you have to fold US bills in three. There is no indication that the user is wearing a money belt, even if it's stuffed with 8+ bills, passport copies, etc. The one star off is based on my appreciation of the belt's simplicity (and concern that the aluminum buckle might not make it through security…

Not worth it 25 Good for accessories

The belt is strong, the buckle is metal so you can't put it through metal detectors. The zipper is a cheap no-name name and tends to fall off when opened quickly. For $25 I was expecting a YKK zipper. There are better options with a secure zipper. Mine had a lot of frayed strings and when I fastened it the strap discolored where it touched the metal. In general, I don't think it's worth it, but the choice is yours.

  • Not cheap but decent
