Update from 03/01/21 - I have owned this vacuum cleaner since the end of August. I am sorry to report that the hose ruptured where it enters the wand. It won't turn back even though there is a thread on it, it just won't hold up. I'm not happy that I seem to need a replacement part for a vacuum cleaner I've only had since August. I really wanted to love this vacuum cleaner, but unfortunately I just can't. In an average week, I vacuum about 1,000 square feet of carpet in my house 2-3 times.
