This vacuum cleaner is fantastic and very quiet which I needed as I use it right outside the guest rooms in my hotel. I have bought many vacuums from these guys and they are always back with great service for parts etc.

Not sure about negative reviews. Me and my colleagues love this vacuum cleaner. Maneuvers easily around all of our machines. Quiet and durable. I ordered bags that were listed as (+) items. Highly recommended.

I really like this vacuum cleaner, we needed something for the dogs we have in our house, we have tried almost all vacuum cleaners on the market, so I thought that we may have to deal with the commercial vacuum. It was definitely worth the money and I'm glad we bought it.

I wanted to buy a Made In America vacuum cleaner. I started by searching the internet for vacuum cleaner manufacturers in the US. Bissell was one of ten eligible seekers. I bought a Bissell BGCOMP9H - the box says 'Designed and engineered in Europe/USA with major international components and assembled in China. For the uninformed customers: PRC is the People's Republic of China. I am disappointed and feel betrayed.

Powerful suction with premium air filtration (HEPA or ULPA). The tools are fine, but they should come with a few turbo brush accessories. The weight is not accurate as I didn't buy it looking for a lightweight vacuum cleaner. Matching the closet. Inspect and replace filters as necessary, as some sit long enough to deteriorate or are installed with excessive force.

That's a great vacuum cleaner! I worked for the USPS and we used the same vacuum to clean our post office. Then I found it very effective. When I saw the same vacuum cleaner at Revain I knew it was just what I needed for home use. I have two dogs and two long haired cats. My Oreck post just didn't clean very well. I didn't like those rotating brushes with the upright vacuum because the hair wraps around the brush. This Bissell has a very long power cord and hose than I'm used to. The pipes are made of metal.
