Disappointed with the quality of the chewing gum on the mop. If you apply pressure to run the squeegee across the window, it will somehow collapse and not remove all of the water from the window. The fabric part of the cleaning kit does its job well and is of decent quality. I basically bought it for a mop with an extension. I do not recommend.

I am a housewife and I needed something to clean the big mirrors and the glass in the shower. While the mop piece wasn't the best, it did the job. Once you figure out how to use it through placement etc, I'd say it's definitely worth buying. Not only does the pad work great, but it also reaches high spots that I can't reach, like the top of a fridge or the top of a tall dresser/cabinet.

I like that it's easy to store. I also like that it can be used as a hand or telescopic washing machine. I tried this on my external windows and it worked really well. The included small bottle feels nice, I just wish it was a little bigger. I love that you can take rags, wash them in the washing machine and reuse them. The mop works very well. Overall this is a pretty good product.

Cleaning something requires some kind of mechanical action. High-pressure cleaning alone is not enough to remove the dirt that has accumulated over the years. This set was a welcome addition to my tool collection as it arrived at the perfect time. I have a one story ranch, but the windows are pretty high off the ground. With this set I can save myself the stress of cleaning windows with the ladder.

This is a very strong scraper, easy to use and adjustable from 36" to 58". The microfiber cloth cleans the window really well, it's easy to clean when I'm done and it's fluffy soft. Mop suction power is good, windows are sparkling clean. It comes with extra fabric and an unnecessary insert, see photo. This is a good value for money window cleaning kit. The wash heads and mop heads work well and the wash head covers feel solid and well made. The extension cord is a thin-walled metal tube, so it cannot withstand high forces without bending. If you really have to make an effort to clear windows of dirt, it is best to hold the cleaning head straight in your hand to avoid bending or breaking the rod.
