I like the ease of use to set up and how well it integrates with our back office. The reporting is also very easy to understand once you have some experience using them. They don't really do a good job explaining the basics in their training videos, so I would recommend watching those videos before getting started. It's easy to use by both cashiers or managers! Also has great reporting features which are very user friendly as well (such an advanced report builder!). We have only been using it about 5 months but we've realized that all our staff loves being able customize their own reports so they can do what fits them best when preparing weekly financials/reports etc..
