The hat is normal. I now have several Black Clover Caps and they are all excellent quality. This material is very light and absorbs moisture well. Comfortable and well made.

possibly wrong brand. I only bought this hat to increase my happiness level. Since I put on this hat, which is either too big or my head is too small, I haven't won a Powerball and I still live in the jersey. However, I did receive a free piece of individually wrapped dark chocolate.

Nice hat. Small but. Need to stretch. I usually wear size m/m. Edit: It's been 3 weeks and it's still too tight. Wear about 3 hours a day. I bought another hat s/m, fits perfectly. It doesn't fit the size. I thought maybe my head is bigger, it's not. This is the only S/M I have that is form fitting.

Exactly as described, I have many other black clover hats and this is definitely one of my favorites. Preserved in all black with white time and lettering, very nice. Only the packaging could be better, caps should be sent in a box and not in a plastic bag. If marketing changed, I'm sure the questions from other surveys would change significantly as well.

Product delivered like it was a dog chew toy, then driven onto the ground, then stunned through the mud! I'm not even sure how you can deliver a brand new product in this condition! Needless to say, this is a return and I strongly advise against purchasing! Such a huge crap was a New Year's present for my husband :(!

I love the hat. Too bad it was sent in a box and not in an envelope. The post office stuffed it in my mailbox (instead of leaving it on my porch with other packages) and now it has a crease in the top right corner next to the shamrock. Really disappointed when I can't get him to sit up. But other than that it's a quality hat. Looks good except for a delivery error. Definitely a bit more but maybe ask for them to be wrapped?!

This is not actually a product defect but I have to point this out because I sent the cap back; A label was attached to the cap indicating the size (s/m) of the cap. The sticker was difficult to remove and once removed left a dark circle of adhesive residue on the visor of a white cap (see photo). I tried wiping it down with hot water/cloth but it wouldn't come off. I wanted to try Goo Gone but I was afraid it would stain the hat so I decided to return it.
