Through trial and error, I found that these shoes run a bit small, so order a half size larger than your regular shoe size. I think BD didn't have enough iterations on this shoe. All measurements are wrong. I bought the snuggest possible fit and was left with an odd situation. My toe hurts and the rest of my toes float in the boot giving it an odd filling when I try to get up. It's very tight for my toe but again there is so much room in the heel that it can just hold any position without the rubber flexing with all that clearance. and I bought 2 sizes smaller than my usual shoe size.
