I bought these to keep my hands warm while cycling and they do a great job. I rode in 7F (-9 with wind) for over 30 minutes today and my hands were sweaty. I've noticed a slight temperature difference between my index finger (which is on its own) and my other fingers, but I wouldn't even say that finger is cold. The only reason I gave the glove 4 stars instead of 5 was because it's a bit difficult to move from gripping the handlebars to using the brakes. Otherwise I am very happy with them.

I love these gloves! You can stick your fingers in the larger part to keep it warm, but then switch your index finger to the part of the glove to fiddle with the buckle or whatever. Despite the insulation they have amazing dexterity (unlike another similar pair I have from another seller).

Conforms to Black Diamond online sizing charts. This glove is clearly made for skiing, but I use it for cycling in the winter. Good fit and cuff length. I've always preferred ski gloves when cycling in winter. The cuff changing system, which allows you to open and tighten the cuff, is excellent and easy to use when wearing gloves. Very warm. I use them for skiing. I have issues with low heart rate (over 30bpm) and low blood pressure (103/66 last reading) resulting in cold fingers and toes. These gloves help a lot. The first time they went it was about 10 degrees outside and after I put on all my gear my fingers were numb. Over the next hour, I began to notice my hands thawing. I took them out a few more times and they kept me warm.
