Mask shape and fit is as expected. The sticker on the box said "Cotton Made in the USA". There are no permanent labels or markings on the mask itself. Has two layers of fabric. Each layer is like a thin fabric. It's probably all cotton except for the elastic which (as another reviewer noted) is much narrower than pictured and not designed for heavy use. The design is good because the elastic band does not fit over the ears. Particularly useful for hearing aid wearers. However, the two layers of fabric are very thin and the elastic band is so thin that it hardly sticks to the face. This leaves gaps at the edges. Regarding the price, I would say that the main objective was to maximize the manufacturer's profit. I probably won't wear those two things that I paid a high price for. Pretty crappy mask. It didn't even succeed in getting any benefit from it. The elastic is very thin and fully stretched. Stretched even more after washing. May rip after second wash. Description is inaccurate. It has 2 elastic bands that go around the head as in the picture, not the ear loops mentioned in the description. The mask itself is regular in shape but runs a little big, so if you are smaller it will be too big. It doesn't quite match the shape and just sits loosely on your face. Maybe
