I need to add the header to make it work. There's no way to keep it. I add a bit more to the edge where I can use a hat pin or clip.

The pillbox hat is cute and durable, but the material feels cheap. I also had to purchase and attach separate hat clips - there is no way to attach them to the hair in the kit.

This hat has no loops inside to attach it to the head. It's cute and the right size, but you can see the bobby pins. Glad my daughter used it on stage.

Overpriced product. I do not like it at all. I paid $9.95 for this hat base. I keep it. If I send it back, 5€ plus return shipping will be deducted. A return is not economically justifiable, so I keep it to myself.

The shape of the hat is a bit thicker than I expected. I was hoping I could cover it with fabric and then finish the edge by sewing a folded band of coarse grain. The mold was too thick to make it easy. But it worked fine with my backup hot glue.

I bought this Jackie Kennedy fancy dress hat for my 8 year old. She dressed in a "pink suit" to pose as Jackie Kennedy at her school's American Heritage Day. I bought the hat hoping it would work and it did! She received so many compliments and became a finalist in the costume contest! I personally think it was the hat that made the whole costume. Love love love the hat and it worked perfectly!
