That's all you need to transfer any data/video via USB 3.0 cable. I use mine to extend my 4k camera and it works great. The quality is good and you can use it for almost anything you need to extend. Its transfer rate is 5 Gbps, which is enough for almost any application. Great product for its price!

This is a very good price for such a length. My only problem is that I ordered too much. Those are my misjudgments. It would be nice if I had some sort of reel or holder. I use it as a dedicated fax line. Another issue is that the wire is very thin and the connectors also feel fragile. Only time will tell how long that will last. If used in a safe environment (no animals or uninformed people) it's a good deal.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM if length is not a concern. I'm laying a labor-intensive underground pipeline for phone and internet lines. 100 feet is absolutely necessary. When I started uncoiling this wire, it turned out to be only 84 feet long. I'm 1 1/2 hours from the nearest town so I had to quickly re-order from another supplier and now I have to wait for it to arrive. I can go through anything to get him back just because of their misleading advertising.
