Well done. All seams look good. Strong clasp. I bought this for an everyday belt and it should serve that purpose well. If I was going to holster it for everyday use, I'd like a slightly stiffer strap. But that's just me.

Good quality belt. If you're in the military or wear this belt with a shirt tucked in, chances are you'll love it. I wear this belt with my shirt open and the nylon has sharp edges where it was cut with a hot knife. When I sit down, the sharp edges rub against my skin and it's really uncomfortable. Maybe I can sand/sand them smooth. Otherwise it is a high quality belt.

Update: crashed after almost 2 years. The aluminum sliding part in the buckle bends and breaks. The tool is over 12 years old for the previous one to fail in the same way. Original review: Had to replace a 12+ year old strap (same model) that was used almost daily. This belt now uses a much softer material. It seems much easier to slide. Not sure if it will last as long as the other straps.

Simple straight ratchet strap with no buckles. The material is a simple ballistic nylon belt. The metal tension buckle is beautiful and sturdy. The width of the belt is my only issue, it really can be about 1/4 inch smaller to make it more comfortable and better fit in belt loops like jeans etc. Due to the wide belt, it barely fits into my jeans. So it's a solid belt, but it would be much better if it wasn't so wide.

I am a former soldier and have tried many different types of belts in my 7 years. career. Black Hawk! The brand is a leader in the industry and has a lot of great products in addition to this belt. I still have a desert brown belt that I wore twice in Iraq, but I've since outgrown it due to being disabled and out of shape.
