Fits and works well

I bought this to replace the motor and exhaust fan in my 1978 Prowler camper. The old screws didn't fit, but I found a few at the hardware store that fit reasonably well. I used tightening to make sure they didn't vibrate loose.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty
Cons
  • Compatibility

Does not fit or work

3mm mounting screws are missing. The nose is bigger than the original. got metric mounting screws, rebuilt bracket, plugged in and turned on, blocked motor. checked that the fastening screws do not interfere with the rotor in the motor. Tried to return, let's see how it goes.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • There are problems

Not very accurate. Not exchangeable for a fit.

The seller did not provide enough measurements to ensure it would fit. This item is not universal. Revain no longer offers a return option for fit issues. I wouldn't recommend you to buy anything other than a Jensen app which is mentioned further down the page.

Pros
  • Certificate GOLS
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

There were no screws, no bracket and the motor was stuck

Bought to replace a broken bathroom fan motor. Received, no mounting screws, takes 3mm BTW. No mounting bracket. And as soon as I installed it after a trip to the hardware store to screw and make a bracket, the motor stalled. Warmed up, but does not rotate. Waste of money and half a day of my time.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Volume

Incomplete Package - HVAC

The kit did not include the two small screws that attach the motor to the bus mount. These two screws were very hard to come by as the old ones were too small and I couldn't find the right size screws in my garage. How difficult was it to include them in the package? Oh my God. I was eventually able to get the right size because they were too long causing the motor not to run and installed the motor correctly. Do not recommend this product unless it contains mounting screws.

Pros
  • Doping πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Minor Repairability

Will not fit all vet lines

Had a 6 inch blade. However, the engine was larger than my original. Also, the old bolts and motor mounting holes in the original bracket were smaller than they needed to be. Try to find screws with small and correct threads that go 25 miles to the unit. I tried enlarging the original mounting hole to accommodate the motor but it twisted and is garbage now. Now I need to create my own new bracket. If the manufacturer supplies the correct bolts and a mounting bracket to match the motor case and…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not the best
