Doesn't hold well, darkens but lack of stickiness ruins it. I've done everything the manufacturer of the product suggested and it still doesn't stick, I want a refund.

Okay, they seriously block ALL LIGHT I have two windows and I only put this on one because my room was so dark. I work the night shift and it saves lives. I used tape on the ends, my windows were a lot wider but I was able to easily cut the pieces and mount them! If you need darkness ASAP and don't have the option to hang a curtain then BUY IT!

I have ordered another window film including one with a stained glass pattern I like but this type does NOT stick like the others. It was pretty easy to install and very easy to remove, but it looked awful from the outside. So many blisters - no matter how much I squeezed - and they started to come off in just a few days. Once you cut it, you can't get it back. What a waste of money!

Love it! Concerned about the plastic smell I've seen in some reviews. When I opened the package, yes, it smells. I left it for a few days before putting it in our room and the smell was gone. Very easy to apply, great shade, just bought another one! Just be sure to trim off a little extra when you cut as instructed so you don't get the sheet 120% perfect.

It wasn't difficult to make! I had to collect some stuff downstairs but it all went well. I washed the windows before applying but still taped the corners. It probably would have been 100% black if I layered it better but in the picture the top is without foil and the bottom is with foil. I used 2 rolls. Made my room quite dark and looks so much better than making ceilings! Would buy again! A picture with a fully finished window has also been added!

This whole process was ridiculous. The package was initially delayed, whatever it was, but I measured my windows and decided to buy 2 rolls. This item does what it promises but doesn't make it clear that there is NO glue on it. With a big leaf of it on the window, I don't think it's going to stay. It barely stays on my tank glass after following the T directions. It literally stays on static cling, nothing else. It is non-sticky, there is no glue on this product. So I had a thick fabric hanging. It was gathering dust and looking bad. But getting a few yards from a fabric store and using it in the 3rd layer was a cheap option.
