Red LED Magnetic Emergency Light - Blazer C6355 Review

Very bright. Strong magnets. Ideal for your application. Mounted on the back of a John Deere Gator. I didn't want to run the wiring for another light so this was the perfect battery powered option.

I used them to tape on the back of a car I was towing at a roundabout. Have driven 1300 miles but mileage may vary as one of them inexplicably died when I took them out of the car. During disassembly, it turned out that water had penetrated the housing. It's also very light and lasts a long time.

This is my second flashlight. I sent the first one back and it didn't work. I have a second one and it's junk. If it had been behind my tractor during a snowfall, it would have burned for over four minutes. Put in the best batter and it still won't burn. It's cool, but that's it! Thumbs up done. And yes I tried to contact someone but never got back!

Bought for a short foray on a trailer that saw some night time action. VERY bright light but other reviews about the strength of the magnet were correct. Use two zip ties under each magnet and around anything you attach it to to be on the safe side. It's also non-submersible, but overall a great product. The battery compartment is finicky, meaning too much pressure on whatever you're attaching it to could cause it to malfunction. Maybe buy two sets if you're short on time and return one when…

I have to admit these lights are very bright and very large indeed. small pointed Phillips screwdriver and remove the screw holding the magnets. That in itself would have been nice, but the screw was so tight I couldn't move it and I had to resort to a needle-jaw vise to get the screw out. But once the batteries were installed, wow. Don't regret buying these lights as they are perfect for alerting/warning if I'm towing or stalling on the side of the road.

I have been using these lamps for many years - no problems. I needed to replace some so I ordered them from Revain. 4 of 6 lamps are defective! The downside is that when you remove the magnets from the back to insert the batteries (a blunt design to begin with), the locknut inside the case that holds the screw falls out. I had one of these once and didn't last very long. Definitely worth buying twice. Flashlights without a white flashlight function do NOT have powerful magnets and do not have many LEDs. The flashlight function came in handy more than once. So if you're wondering if they're worth the price difference over non-flashlight models, I'd say yes. I bought two of these trailer lights. They arrived on time and well packaged. The lighting itself is very nice - clear, bright, strong. My problem is with the battery compartment and the magnetic blocks. Firstly, it is very inconvenient to remove the magnetic blocks just to insert batteries. Second, the screws included with the device for attaching magnets to the battery case are absolutely unacceptable. They are small and weak and don't hold up well. When I took the first one out of the box I tried unscrewing the magnets to gain access to the battery compartment. Both screws were snapped off immediately and managed to loosen one of them. This forced me to open the plastic to insert the batteries. Now one magnet is unusable and the other cannot be removed because of a broken screw.
