Doesn't work for small appliances

Product doesn't work, first time I wanted to use Thanksgiving on November 25th, but the button wouldn't turn on. I can't go back, I threw the box away

Particular attention to the child lock button

Excellent customer service. After the first difficult start and first impression of the product, the support team asked for help and did everything. Nice design but personally I think the toggle button could be simpler. Otherwise everything is good.

Ideal for small appliances

This blender is very practical. It's quick to assemble and small, but big enough to make smoothies for 1-2 people. I used a large bowl to chop the garlic and lemongrass, but you can use them to puree as well. It's quite powerful, I only had to turn it on for a few seconds to grind food. In general, they are easy to use and clean.

Great product for hand blender

I received this because my Ninja blender broke and I wanted to make purees and soups. The product is very easy to use and mixes well. Mixing everything I've tried so far from nuts to fruit hasn't been a problem, so it's been great for me. I didn't realize at first that it came with a mixer, but it was a welcome addition.

When I opened the box - fitted the blade attachment - put it in the locked position - plugged it in - didn't work. They contacted customer service and immediately sent a replacement and explained; Two buttons are safety lock function. This is great if you have kids in the house. The product works well as described.
