These are the dance shoes my daughter's studio needs. I can buy them online much cheaper than in a studio or local dance store. I would advise you to rate them personally. She wears a street size 11.5 or 12 but fits easily into a size 11. They hold up well.

My 6 year old daughter wears them. She has never complained about them being uncomfortable. I feel they fit true to size. My daughter wears size 11 shoes and these are 10.5.

I ordered a size up based on the reviews and they are actually a bit big for my daughter. She has narrow feet and a high instep. I'm going to just hold the cotton and apply it to my fingers until it's fully incorporated into them. I feel like I need a size up due to her instep just for her foot to fit in the shoe.

Based on previous reviews I bought a size 1 for my daughter who is currently a size 13. She fits them well and has little room to grow. She wore them for up to two sessions and she really likes them. The shoes are narrow so if your child has wide feet they may not fit.

This shoe is really tight. However, the quality is excellent. My daughter wears size 2 street shoes and this shoe is a size 12 1/2. I was expecting this difference, but her previous shoes weren't that difficult to put on. Without tights it would be impossible to slip.

Bought for my daughter for dance class. Landing was spot on with little room to grow. The material offers enough space for comfortable use. We have bought Bloch dance shoes several times and the quality is very good. They will definitely last until she outgrows them.

Good quality but a bit difficult to put on just the stretchy fabric in the middle unlike those that stretch on both sides.

Daughter was a size 10 1/2 so I bought 11, it was a bit big but she can live with that. I should have just bought 10 but the quality of the shoes is still good.

My daughter dances through those endless hours and I've only had to replace her when her legs grow back. They are excellent quality and I will continue to buy them as long as they dance through the years.

The shoes were sent in a zippered bag! Ridiculous! As much as we pay for these shoes, they should have been in the box. Also, the shoes are very tight and difficult to put on. I even ordered a size bigger.

Bought for my daughter for jazz class. The studio sells them for twice the price of the same shoes. We tried on the shoes in the studio, so we knew what size to go. My daughter wears a size 12 shoe with little room to grow and it's the same. She has a slightly thicker foot, but not quite wide and she doesn't pinch with socks. If you have a thin foot they would be too big and we would need a shoe size 11 or 11.5.

I ordered these for my daughter to attend dance classes and I've heard like the tap shoes they grow big. I assumed the same for both types of shoes and ordered a size up. They are definitely tall to the point where you can see where their toes are and the hem of the shoe is flat. They're not that easy to put on and I'm concerned that if we scale them down a lot she'll outgrow them quickly and she doesn't seem to mind the extra toe room so we'll do it. Other than that I'm happy with the quality,

Update: Hooray! I ordered two pairs of Bloch jazz shoes from stock. Two different sizes. They looked the same to me on arrival. My granddaughter refused to wear the first pair she tried on last night. This review is below. Today she wanted to try on another pair. They fit and she likes them. Then she showed me how the two pairs differed. The pair she likes has the Bloch logo inside. The first pair she tried on didn't have the Bloch logo. The color is not exactly the same and the seam lines do…
