The price is worth it.

The first month I had a puppy I fed him grain free/real meat as the first ingredient but it wasn't a Blue Buffalo. It was a different brand that was a lot cheaper. My pup liked it, but I figured just because it's grain free and chicken was the first ingredient doesn't mean it's good quality. (It was seriously like $16 for a 15 pound bag). My pup got sick from the food

Basic Puppy Blue Buffalo Turkey and Potato Potatoes made my pup very sick. I fed my older dog this brand for about a year with no problems, but after 2 weeks of constant illness and $375 spent on a vet doing X-rays and IV fluids, she advised us to stop using this brand, hoping that the puppy would get better.
