My cat Oscar LOVES this food. He will always eat it. Other wet foods are random but he always eats this one. It provides extra protein and much-needed moisture, and I mix it with his Health Extension Turkey and Salmon Dry Food, which contains longevity ingredients like green tea, colostrum, turmeric, pomegranate, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, blackberry, pumpkin, and salmon. . . Oil. From the two I know that he gets the best possible nutrition!

My cat is a bit clunky, stealing and eating everything from uncooked rice to English muffins, so I figured I'd have to convert her round shape to lower calorie food. It is rated highly in Cat Food DB. My cat's gut wobbles a little less when she walks and her muzzle is a little less round. She never has a problem swallowing it either! Upgrade to one star: looks like they changed their formula and my vacuum cat won't even eat them. It used to be her favorite meal. Shame. :(

I bought Blue Healthy Gourmet Wet Cat Food because it contains no chicken (or poultry), corn, wheat or soy by-products or artificial flavors or preservatives (as described). So it seemed like a healthy choice for my cat. My cat ate most of this food for the first few days. Now she eats a few bites and doesn't want to. She prefers to eat dry food than wet food. It is great and I feed it to my cat every day. I am only leaving this review because the very last package I received was a disaster. The tape on the packaging box was off-center, making the box convenient to open. And then when I opened it, it immediately smelled awful. Two cans burst and spread all over the package. I love a real jar more than food. My cat eats 2TB. wet food per day. A 3-ounce can will keep in the refrigerator for several days. A lined can of Blue Buffalo will not spoil food with the smell/taste of contamination. She is a real predator. Eats only cuts of meat. Don't touch the pie. This cat food doesn't smell bad and the ingredients don't seem too bad. My three healthy cats love it. I don't know if it's made in the USA. I didn't follow it up to see if it was there or not. I usually try to only buy cat food in the US, but I bought this while trying to find something for my other senior cat. At the moment I have nothing negative to say about this cat food.
