This is the second SwayPro I've bought for another vehicle. It costs money. They are simple and easy to install. Working as directed, reduce sway and take some of the weight off the tongue by redistributing it back onto the trailer axle.

This is an amazing hitch. Maybe a little overkill, but it keeps the trailer safe and without a hint of swaying despite rough roads and/or crosswinds. Easy to install and adjust for weight distribution and loader installation and ride height. Easy to attach and detach. I do one side and my wife the other. IMHO it's worth the money.

This is a good towbar. Works perfectly. However, this was after I had the shop fix one of the grease fittings that was broken in the hitch when I got it (never found the other half - I'm pretty sure it was packaged that way) and also sanding down the corners of an almost perfectly square I-beam-like drawbar to match my receiver hitch. It's basically well built, so much steel weight that you might find it a bit difficult to carry when you take it out of your car. There are two knobs that hold the torsion bars inside and it's very easy to accidentally dislodge them from this unit when you remove the bars and then you have to use a pry bar to move the leaf spring to reattach them.
