The feathers are bundled so the center where you sleep stays completely flat. I flip and shake this out at least 2 times a week and it still hasn't stopped it from going flat. This is an expensive duvet that only lasts 8 months. For the past few weeks I've been shaking the feathers up and down toward the center, but that doesn't help. I'm not sure why they don't return to their normal place if they originally moved up and down. I want my money back.

So soft and comfy!

That thing is so comfortable! My mattress was pretty hard but this topper makes it so much more comfortable. I definitely don't think it's 5 inches thick and the photo is a bit deceiving. It's probably closer to 3 inches, but when fully fluffed it's maybe 5. It's very warm, warm enough that I would consider swapping out my comforter for a thin comforter. Before purchasing, I read reviews of other down comforters that contained feathers and nudged people. It's 100% soft; zero feathers. Overall…

Soft, fluffy, we love it!

I bought this because I have severe joint pain, mostly at night when I'm trying to sleep. If you look at some feather beds, this is a erm feather topper/mattress. Undoubtedly worth the price and the wait. It's 5 inches and maybe more. Follow the directions and let it loosen up all day long. In the morning when you get up. Leave your blankets and give them a good shake to fluff up the feathers and let them settle and blow out. I put my blankets at my feet and then put them on when I go to bed…

return. The product was not what was expected. Very thin and cheap. It's basically a duvet, the feathers crumple under you and become very flat. Imagine lying on a stack of towels and then having to get up to "fluff" every time you change your sleeping position. I'm not sure if this is a Blue Ridge Home Fashion product or a similar product from a company called "Concierge Collection". In this case, the price difference between the two is about $100. I read some of the reviews before buying but…

I'm really trying to love it. We went through several

So I have about a week to return this product. I'm really trying to love it. We've been through a few. We have a new memory foam mattress and I love the softness. It is not. So I wanted to have some kind of cushion, like comfort. As other reviews say, it needs to be loosened up. Not every now and then, every day when you lay on it, it flattens out. Not to mention it doesn't offer any additional support, but it's not the cloud I was hoping for. My husband gave up. So I folded up a king size and…

spring = failure. ☹️

When I first bought this duvet, I found it comfortable and a bit thick. But after a few months, the most commonly used areas became completely flat and thick as a sheet. Again, this is after flowering. The baffle design is intended to keep the springs in place, but the problem is that this leaves practically flat areas in some places, and the areas that receive less contact are 3 inches thick. At this point, the feather bed is extremely lumpy and uneven throughout the bed. I bought a cover so I

High level of service and non-functionality

We bought this last year and although I've never bothered to return it (too busy with the new baby to care) is it's a big disappointment. That thing would really have to swell every day because it would collapse under you anyway. It seems quite comfortable once it's full and you go to bed first, but the next night it just sags where you slept (and I'm a petite woman, not heavy). He falls out of bed even with deep sheets because there are no straps holding him down. We don't have time to take…

Just too comfortable to pass up.

other options. It sheds feathers, albeit almost exclusively on its back, so I never got stung while falling asleep. It clumps, flattens out where we sleep, and forms a mound between us. I don't whip it more than once a week and I don't think it would be any better if I did. But overall it's very convenient. I've been sleeping without it for a few weeks now just to see what the difference would be (I have a very good memory foam mattress and mattress topper) and I definitely miss my springs…
