🔵 Dexcom Sticky Patches Reusable: Enhanced Protection with the G6 Blue Shield Review

I have an 8 year old boy who has ripped off more sensors than I can count. I started using the shield about 3 months ago and he hasn't taken it off since. It also seems to help his cuties make it through the full 10 days more often. But if they do need to be replaced, the Dexcom patch will not be destroyed and they are very easy to replace.

Dose exactly as directed. It was a little difficult to put on. DexCom patches are too small to consider. I did it but I had to cut it. I like that it's flexible. I keep looking for the purple option. My delivery experience was pretty slow for a premiere. They said they would deliver in two days but it took 7 days. Not sure if this is an amazon or seller thing.

I've only used overlay patches a couple of times but at first glance it seemed like an interesting device. Unfortunately the fit is poor, I was probably closer to ripping my sensor off trying to get this thing to sit around the socket than I ever was when I wasn't actually trying to remove it. I wear my sensors on my hands and the plastic is too inflexible to maintain good contact both before and after applying the patch.
