Didn't turn on. Didn't load. It does not work.

The device does not turn on. The instructions are simple enough, but following them didn't help. Also, the device won't charge - after trying multiple power adapters and multiple different cables. Basically, the BlueAnt feed I got doesn't work. I understand that there are errors in every production process. Most BlueAnt feeds work great. not mine. i give it back If you're thinking about getting this "Australian designed, made in China" device, you might be wondering if you're in luck.

Poor bluetooth connection, crashes

The packaging is definitely NOT without disappointment. Bluetooth audio is bad. Sometimes it crackles (no time?). On one occasion, it simply slowed down the tempo and pitch of the music, which appeared to be a way to deal with a poor connection (the phone was half a meter from the device). Perhaps this device was simply defective and your experience will be different. Only supports Bluetooth 3. Surprisingly, it comes with a USB charger and headphones, which I haven't tried. Nice design but the…

Cheap and valuable - Headphones

I bought the BlueAnt Ribbon six months ago and use it a lot, almost every day for walking and exercising. Now it's getting old, the rubber coating is torn and can be pulled off. It connects well to my phone, the sound is ok for music and very good for calls (both ends). The range is limited to approximately 3 meters (9 feet). The audio often cuts out even when it's next to my phone. Every few days the disconnection gets so bad that I have to turn it off and back on for a few minutes before…

Terrible packaging, thin device.

The first worked for me for about an hour and then refused to turn on or charge. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement which was much appreciated. The second worked but got wet in the rain and now won't turn on, my fault for not really being advertised as waterproof or anything. When it worked, the sound quality was good, but the buttons on the device didn't work. very well designed. They can be difficult to press and the whole thing feels unreliable and cheap. It comes with…

Failed in 68 days. with headset

My device failed after only 2 months of sporadic use. It's too late to return. I take good care of my electronics and use this device 2-4 times a week. The headphone jack now only sends the right audio channel; Squeezing the device plays both channels, but this is choppy and not a viable solution. In the bin. The rest of the device had a decent sound. Battery life was "normal", but it ran out of juice and turned off without warning, like other headsets that have an audible prompt to tell you…

Cons
  • Not sure

I love this product. The 6-hour battery life means I have to remember to charge it, but it's small, which is what you might expect. Luckily they send battery information to the iPhone so I can easily see the charge level. The standout feature is the independent volume control. aptX LOW LATENCY Bluetooth with Clip" and had the same problem as Jumbl. Even at the lowest volume, my ears hurt. Thanks to the BlutAnt Ribbon, the volume on your phone is independent of the volume on BlueAnn. That means…

  • Doping 🔥
Cons
  • Unsafe

I've been looking for something like this for a long time because I'm used to answering cell phone calls through headphones. I used to use BlueAnt products (Q2 and T1 Bluetooth headsets) so I decided to try this one too. Plus, getting something like this for less than $30 is a bargain. I have to say that the product works great. I had no problems for the first 2 weeks. The sound is excellent (louder and clearer than when using headphones plugged into the headphone jack of a mobile phone). and i

Great concept, poor implementation

I wanted to like this streamer, but I just couldn't get over the recurring audio dropouts. I bought it to use at work. I usually have headphones in my ears most of the day and they are connected to my phone on the other end. Usually once or twice a day I forget I'm tied to the phone that I leave on the table and end up pulling the headphones out of my ears or out of the phone. When I saw this for about $25 I figured it would be a quick and easy fix. Pairing with my phone was easy. The…
