The device does not turn on. The instructions are simple enough, but following them didn't help. Also, the device won't charge - after trying multiple power adapters and multiple different cables. Basically, the BlueAnt feed I got doesn't work. I understand that there are errors in every production process. I bought the BlueAnt Ribbon six months ago and use it a lot, almost every day for walking and exercising. Now it's getting old, the rubber coating is torn and can be pulled off.
