This device gets into hard to reach places and you can control the heat with this device. I find it well worth the extra dollars compared to other top-of-the-bottle units available.

It worked great. I lit it the first three times. Then the detonator stopped working and I had to send it back. hope you have better luck It was very pleasant while it lasted.

Bought this for my wife to use in the kitchen. Small tiny cheap ones are rubbish. They never worked properly and having to refuel them was a problem in the back. I just hook it up to a BLUEFIRE propane tank and boom, it lights up when the little ignition button is pressed. She loves it and I can use it for my projects. Don't you like buying your wife a gift that you'll probably use more than she does?

What I like about this product is that it can be undersized or oversized and easily taken on a hike during deer hunting season.

Decided to up the class when I lost my 30 year old spark trap to light a torch. Wow what's the difference I had to do 20+ plumb bobs to love my waterlines. This device worked perfectly and accelerated and simplified the work enormously. The belt hook is very useful. My boyfriend helps me want the same for myself.

Works great. So far about 5 bottles of MAP Pro have been used without any problems. Lights up every time, stable flame, beautiful and light. For the work I do I prefer this type of standalone burner over a canister burner. It pays to stand at odd angles and rarely stand on your countertop. The only thing that's lame is the canister's wire mount, it works. But it could easily be better. Sometimes falls off.
