Love the way it looks and it keeps the coffee hot which is great. Also, the lid prevents coffee spills, which is also important. However, it's not easy to drink with the lid closed after I adjusted the lid to make a hole. Maybe it has to do with the shape of the neck, but coffee gets everywhere so I have to drink it with the lid fully open.

I needed a simple office coffee mug. It does the job. It holds about a cup and a half (12 ounces), is very light, and I can easily rinse and clean it in the sink without snagging my hand. The cup retains heat and heat is not transferred to the handle. The non-slip part at the bottom feels comfortable. I just carry my coffee from the kettle to my desk, the lid is fine. Opening and closing the handle can be tricky, so I just remove the entire lid to drink with the included lip.

I've just opened my box and used a coffee mug for the first time. I really like the design and the combination of insulation and bamboo look, it stands out and doesn't have a traditional ceramic mug. It has an excellent ergonomic design with good grip. Also, the bamboo exterior helps insulate the coffee and I didn't feel any burning sensation in my hand and the lid keeps the coffee from spilling while driving or usually when I take it to the car in the morning, although this is not the case…
