My husband loves the Blue Parrot headphones. This is his third. The other two had no background noise at all! This model/version has some. It's not enough to be problematic, just conspicuous on my part (perhaps because the other two were so quiet?). He says the sound quality ends up being the same as the latter. Overall a great product.

Works well. But when my phone is in my pocket it loses connection. As a truck driver, when I get out of the cab to open the trailer doors, the connection is lost. To reconnect to my iPhone I have to restart the device and sometimes it doesn't even work. He also has a British voice so I think it's fake. I will not buy again. I do not recommend.

Disappointed. My original xt headset, not an xts, was great, the volume of this xts is even at max. When I turn the volume up several times, the headset starts beeping in my ear, after that the other party can't hear me. That's the worst. Callers outside the box couldn't hear me until I played with it for about an hour. Got a different headset.

I have been using these headsets for many years. Best noise cancellation, even with truck noise no one can hear me and I only charge it once a week even though I use it 5 days a week for at least 8-10 hours a day. They have increased the talk time since my last purchase and now have an audio feature that allows you to hear the phone's audio through the headset. This has been the case for years. I only bought it back because my last one broke.

This is the third Parrot headset I have bought. No other brand is comparable in quality. This rating has nothing to do with the shipper and everything to do with the brand. The husband works as a truck driver, and long before the general public shows up, hands are said to be free. The only reason this is the third headset is because the first two are "broken" or just won't hold a charge and/or the device has stopped working to speak or hear.

I bought a new iPhone from a cell phone retailer. I used to have a headset just like that, but it was very outdated, so I had to order a new one just like that. I went online to Revain and saw that it was the exact same headset for $50 less. What more can I say, works great, easy to connect, never breaks, I'm very satisfied. I would definitely buy this again if I had to. This is an item you never know unless you pay big bucks and don't get a good piece. it is great
