The bottom ring broke on both cups at the same time. The seller refunded me the money quickly, so it was good. I have bought several brands of these mugs and now understand that they are the lightest of them all. The bottom ring should be too small and too thin as many other buyers have complained about it. At first I thought separation wouldn't be a big deal, but after that the cups don't sit flat so I really couldn't use them.

These glasses are fantastic! I did not expect such a high quality product at such a low price. I poured coffee into one of them at 7am and it was still warm at noon. I use a different one for ice water at night and I noticed there was still ice there in the morning. Also, I have sensitive teeth so a straw really helps when drinking ice cold drinks (I used to have a bottle of Contigo and that was a big problem). Definitely the best thermos I've ever had. Highly recommended!

So far, so good. I just received them today. I've already washed them. I have chosen not to wash them in the dishwasher but to hand wash them. Many reviewers show pictures of cracked cup bases and mention rusting or lid failure. I hope these tumblers work. The quality seems to be there. But if they don't hold up to average wear and tear I'll update my review.
