I read a lot of reviews and even the most expensive ones say that they will start to rip. My 12 year old son only wore in 3 games but so far so good. He is pretty skinny but the MED were almost too big but I couldn't imagine buying him a small so went with the M. He did have to pull up during his games but it wasn't horrible. For the price I would go with these and just plan on using them for one season (hopefully)! Hope this helps!

I am 52 and have a knee problem I have not been able to do single or double leg shoots because of my sensative knee. I was able to roll for 30 minutes and only adjusted pad once. I am 5'10" 180lbs. These are great. I looked at many others, like the Mcdavid, all the girls on my daughters basketball team have those and they all have holes in the knees. These are not expensive but I think they will hold up better. The mediums were a perfect size for 5 foot 3 and 125lb. I bought large as well based on other reviews and had to return because they were falling off her legs also the large is a different pattern, more of the honeycomb style, like the Mcdavid.

Bought this for my 8yo girl who plays basketball. She loves it and never played like a hard core with this pads! She dives for that ball with no fear!

Comfortable and stays in place. That’s what I could not say about the older style of knee pads. They were heavier (but not better protection) and tended to slip down. These are lighter, more conforming to my movements and protects your knees. Yes they are smaller (probably boys sizes). I’m only 5’6” and 135lb and usually would be a small or medium. I got the large. Size according to your actual measurements and you should be okay.

If u have thick thighs these are not for u. They are for people with tiny legs. Other than being too small they are good knee pads.

These were purchased for a 6 year old weighing around 50lbs. They are a bit long for him and not snug fitting but do stay in place and serve their function. I think they might fit him best in the next year or so.

My son plays basketball. I bought two pair in red and black. So far, so good. I compared the material to another brand and it is thicker and not so easy to tear. My son is very hard on compression pants and even socks where they get holes in no time. So far these have stood up to his roughness.

Held up for a whole AAU season, which is all that can be asked for the price point. Have paid more for similar products, great value especially for growing kids. Have purchased 4 pairs for 2 kids and will buy again when the current ones need to be replaced.

This product seems to be of decent quality, the material seems sturdy and the pad is the same as other more expensive brands. However; the small is far too large for my 60 lbs 9 year old, and my chubby 65 lbs 7 year old.If you are looking to order these for a child, i would look elsewhere unless you kid is at least 85-90 lbs.Also, I purchase these for wrestling not basketball, but they do appear to be suitable for either. my older son will be using them for face-offs in lacrosse.

These were a Christmas gift for my 7 year old grandson. They fit him well and he enjoys playing basketball with them on. Happy customer!

Our dairy has worn these all season (15+ games as of today). She loves them. Stay up just fine and have had tons of compliments.

They are perfect length and fit as well. They start a little tight but once you start wearing them they break in really nice. Highly recommended. I ordered the squared pattern and received the hexagon pattern pads wich I honestly prefer! Received in a week with no problems. My overall experience was good.

My daughter loved these. She complimented the comfort and loves that they were more flexible than her friends' pads while still offering good protection, but the fabric covering wore off very quickly and only lasted about half way through the season.

Great product for the price. We tried the more expensive ones & they get holes just as quick as these pads do. We buy three pairs of these during basketball season, but still cheaper than the expensive ones.

Knee pads were good. The small fit my 87lb 9 yr old well. I was not pleased with the color, the show a royal blue in the picture, which is what I needed to match my son’s uniform, but it came in a dull, lighter blue.

Just tried them on and feel pretty good, they don’t slide at all due to this sticky stuff around the rim the goes around the upper leg. Be very careful if you have hairy legs, it will pull a hair or 2 when you slide them on 😂

Wish they would hold up a little better than what they did buy the third game basketball they had holes in the knees May not be suitable for individuals with knee cap dislocation issues.

They fit my daughter great. The material was a little bit thin so a little hole tore over the knee guard area, but overall they are working great!
