I am 52 and have a knee problem I have not been able to do single or double leg shoots because of my sensative knee. I was able to roll for 30 minutes and only adjusted pad once. I am 5'10" 180lbs. I chose the Medium size because I wanted a tight fit for rolling.It held up very well while rolling. As far as durability, we'll have to wait and see. In my case it was a very good investment. I can do shoots and roll without any knee pain. If you wrestle, grapple or do Jiu Jitsu and want to protect your knees, get these !
