Enhanced Music Ceiling Light: IP65 Waterproof 18W Bluetooth Speaker, Remote Control, and RGB Color Changing - Perfect for Bathroom, Kitchen, and Outdoor Use Review

This is the first ceiling light I've installed without a ground. There is no ground wire, and the power wires are tiny 16, maybe even 18 gauge wire. The plastic connector used to connect the flashlight to the wires included in the kit is cheaply made and too easy to disassemble. I had to use electrical tape to hold it together. On the bright side, it's a decent light and works well. I just don't like wiring.

I really have a problem with this product, I have to switch between all lighting modes to get white light again. I mean it could have been solved with a remote that lights up to change the setting instead of turning it on, off, on, off, on, off. For this reason I am unfortunately sending this lamp back. Plus it's a great light. EDIT: Just found out that if you wait 3 seconds the light will turn bright white automatically! Now I hold the light! Thank you!

Mode 1 is very bright (good); Mode 2 slowly cycles through different colors (nice); but when you plug it in and play music, slow, warm transitions give way to a flickering frenzy of flashes and color changes - very annoying. I hope there is a way to "ignore" the music as mode 2 (when no music is playing) is preferred. Mode 3 (a solid color that you can choose) is also suitable. however, requires toggling the light switch multiple times to get what you want. Maybe I'll just send this one back…

Easy to install, just like replacing a lamp with a solid wire, or even easier if you screw a lightbulb into a socket. quick donning and doffing is effective but causes cramping. Also the first mode of changing colors depending on the volume of the music is probably not suitable for epilepsy. Finally, the sound quality could be better, but it works well enough for what it's supposed to do. As this is the only waterproof option I could find, it was worth the money and I'm happy with it…

The light is very bright and the standard color is cool sterile white light. But I think it's okay in the bathroom, because it kind of cleans everything up. I said default color because it has multiple modes including default white light, color change, and color pick. Bluetooth speaker sound is ok. It won't please music lovers, but it's good enough for listening to music while you're in the shower if you're trying to just listen to music over the water. The only gripe is that the volume is not very high but loud enough to dance in the kitchen. I like that it has a bright white light when on. If you turn it off and let it sit for a few seconds and then turn it back on, it still stays bright white. This is perfect for my kitchen.
