I received this card and ordered an Apple BCM94360CD card. I assembled everything and installed it on my computer and it worked right after the installation. I don't use Hackintosh, but it works fine on Windows 10. Even before I put on the antennas, I was able to connect to my home WiFi network. Bluetooth is also recognized. I'm a happy customer.
