This is my favorite hat! It's very roomy, I have a big head and it fits without being tied around my forehead. The sound is fantastic, the reception is excellent. Easy to set up and connect. The patchwork style is a plus.

Well it's great when I have to shovel snow. Keeps heads and ears roasted and still plays my jams since I have a pretty boring driveway. The battery life lasted the entire shoveling session and there is still some left.

My only complaint is that the speakers could be a bit louder, although I use them in a noisy factory and still hear them. The battery life is incredible, I charge them overnight and they last a full 12 hour shift. I highly recommend this product.

The speakers are solid boxes that attach to each ear, making the hat look like it has headphones built into it. I took the boxes apart and was able to shrink them slightly so the hat looks perfectly normal. The hat should have been like this from the factory.

We love snowboarding or hiking in cool weather when listening to music is really nice. Much more convenient to have discrete wireless headphones on my hat. That hat looks really cool too. The controls are easy to use and I can easily plug in my charger. It stays charged for at least a couple of hours and the sound quality is good.

Update December 5, 2019: Customer service contacted me based on this review and sent me a new hat that was slightly larger, had some adjustable speakers but still had Bluetooth version 5. Kudos to that. I added 1 star for excellent customer service and the battery life is MUCH better. For example 2 days versus 6 hours. Bad: 1. This hat has a soft lining with a short pile inside which is sewn to the outer knit, both very soft, non-itching. The sound quality is decent, if not very loud, and if you turn it on, people around you can hear it. It took me a minute to figure out how to remove the speakers and I can tell you I don't have a very good feeling about removing them.
