This is the perfect gift for my husband, his clock radio on his bedside table must be from the 80's, now he has a place for his phone when he goes in bed and it charges super overnight. It was a great idea and I finally got rid of the old radio controlled clock on his bedside table.

Sound quality was satisfactory. In my opinion like any other clock radio. He charged the phone but I ended up sending it back because you can only use the 24 hour format. I need the 12 hour format because my 10 year old can't read military time yet. The clock is fine, I just needed the 12 hour format.

Let me start by saying that the sound quality is very good! That's the only positive thing about it. Let's talk about the cons. 1 only in time of war and cannot change it. 2, you must have a Bluetooth connection to view the time. If you have a radio, it only shows the station. And the radio sucks! Al static. I actually only bought it to charge the phone and to be able to connect my cell phone. If you're thinking about it, don't spend the extra money and buy an IHome clock instead.

The only job this can do well: phone charger with bedside clock, alarm clock when using your phone and bluetooth. I bought this as radio #1, phone charger #2 and bluetooth speaker #3.
