Difficult to answer and end a call

The sound quality and fit are very good but it is difficult to answer or end a call. It's easier to do this on your phone than through a headset.

Durability does not live up to expectations

The sound is clear. It's handy to have a case to protect when not in use and charging. But now 1 month has passed and it does not turn on. Boughton on July 26th and August 26th is no longer open.

easy setup and good reception. The earplugs are comfortable. You just need to figure out how to prevent Apple Music app from launching when Bluetooth is connected. Otherwise a good product.

In fact, it stopped working a month ago and now it doesn't match anything.

After trying three or four different Bluetooth headsets, some much more expensive than others, we settled on this one. Not better. I'm disappointed because it was needed for work. Now I'm back to the one that came with my Apple phone which means I can't move while connected to it. So disappointing.

I work from home and needed something I could talk to hands-free. This little device is easy to compare to the expensive branded headsets I have in my office. The package includes some rubber speaker pads and they are so comfortable and light that I even forget I'm wearing them. It connects easily to my computer and automatically connects every time I reach for it. Great desk!

Pretty good product

I like that it's small and not chunky but not fragile or flimsy. The only customization of the makeup is the flexibility to customize the part that fits the ear. Give it a font quality for us with smaller ears. It also makes the fit more comfortable and the microphone more sophisticated, so the people you're calling won't say they can't hear you well. The people I call keep telling me that the barley can hear me. What is the other side.

Great accessory design

I gave a low rating because it is difficult to figure out how to answer and hang up the call. I also don't like that you have to carry the case with you because if it doesn't connect you have to reset it by putting it back in the case. The good thing is that it has a long range. I can walk all over the house without interference or problems. The sound is excellent for both me and the interlocutor. The device is light and easy to hold in the ear. Outstanding sound quality.
